Onto international night. It was surprisingly fun. Slightly embarassing, but not as much as for the bday girl Sapna xD, turning 18. We dressed up, me in the lovely white and lace trimmed kebaya top and flowing skirt, Connie in a sleevless red chinese top and black skirt and Ann in a blue Vietnam traditional outfit. We also did a small greeting in our languages saying welcome......Selamat Datang ke Malam Antarabangsa.
Food was alright, entertainment was slightly drawn out in some performances and short in others, but still lots of laughs. Except in the middle where an aboriginal representative came to play some music and did a 20 min speech on the disparity of lives between his community and the rest of white australia....yeah...go international unity.....
Announcements were made for the Clyde (pub) was booked, and alot of people went. We made a brief stop at the SCR to celebrate Sapna's birthday, where we also convinced certain people to go to the pub to spend time with certain other you know whos. xD. Lots of photos taken, I want!
Me no go to pub tho, not my scene and.....meh, not my crowd. Less than 15 mins pass though before the girls returned xD, Connie and Ann stayed in my room and we sang disney classics. Trust us to make our own fun ....heehee. Connie nearly ripped out my arm at the sight of....ahem you know you...>> and I promptly hit her chin......ouch.....
Even I didn't react that much.......>>.......
Blah.....anyways. I look good in a kebaya......
