Hire me for commissions?...

Completed criminal law and procedure yesterday. It was a rather good exam, and having said that I'd prolly have failed.
Met up with Thom and Erin who also finished and we spent two hours talking to old commies at a pub and it was delightful. Thom and Erin got pissed drunk, it was funny to watch.
Well lovelies, I've survived 3rd year.
And I remembered this time last year I was expecting to be dead.

It has started raining and raining in Melbourne. The skies forgot it's suppose to be summer or near summer, instead it's cold and cold and cold.
At the very least, it keeps the bugs away.
I'm slowly shuffling my way through the theories behind criminal liability of property crimes. Mildly interesting, although I'm sure there's something more hopeful waiting before me. Perhaps I shall take a trip, record the images of life.

Yes, that sounds like much more potential.

One would think a professional shoot is filled with gear and equipment, lots of important people milling about, and gorgeous models sitting in makeup and the wind machine standing by to make things glamorous and a photographer hiking one massive camera.

Well.......we did have the standing around, and one gorgeous model. The majority of my shoots involves showing up with my little on-loan 10D and a model and nothing else. It's rather as far from glamorous as possible.
The Gardens shoot saw the addition of an off-camera flash (on-loan, of course), and a few weeks ago, finally a proper set-up.

There was a lot of groaning. An impromptu show in the middle. Lots of bumbling and humming and incredulous expressions. It was hella fun.

Enjoy.
Shown is my team of the day, and Sammi the set assistant was taking the video.
Seriously.....they are not as bored as they look. =D

People should also catch Jamie's great Italian escape, currently showing on channel 10. Food is awesome.

Finished two final essays. The reflective one was rather random.
Have commenced studying for administrative law and is on time...in fact slightly early too. Although I still can't reconcile the law with the issues with the judgment with the questions.....

Think I've browsed the websites of hundreds of catteries. All are booked!
Alas I should've booked early. What to do with the little cat. He has found out how to open the cupboard door and sneak inside for his own little hidden haven.

I concede my humanity. Lack of talent, uninspiring self. Awareness like a sharp sharp pain in my heart.

Preview of my kimono dance series.
