Semester has started. College has started. And life in new room has started. It's not looking so bad ^^.
I mean sure, gotto get used to new class, new neighbours, new bathroom, new timetable and running around hectic changing subjects. But.....classes has started well, I'm more or less on schedule for reading, I don't feel so pathetically poor and lost.
Colleg O2 week has started, filled with more parties than anything else. Last night everyone got drunk at the wing parties, especially East rocking it up. South (my new wing) was relatively less huzzah eventhough they basically threw up the ground floor. S2 (our floor) theme was 'In the Sky' so I went as the night sky complete with halter dress, bangles and sparkly shawl draped over my hair (and diamond studded open toe sandals). Connie was her usual self as morning sky complete with a white shawl as clouds and a paper sun pinned to her dress. We had fun with make up in Vanessa's room xD. Blue eyeshadow gets funny results. Vanessa and Megan as seaweed as they were 'Under the Sea' (south ground floor) while S1 was 'On Land'. East became jocks and cheerleaders, North as rockstars and Ann borrowed my leather mini skirt and definitely looked hot.
E1 corridor congregated the entire place, drunk, wild and slobbering over each other. What a ruckus......what a smell.......they looked like they were having fun though.......we spent more time looking for Ann than participating. Looked way too scary to even approach though.......how torn the soul is to leap and soar and experience the wonders of youth and the pangs of regret stop short what fancies we might take. Guava flavored Cruiser tastes nice =)
Found Louis in the thick of E's revelry, with his arm around one of the new students from America. xD. I wonder. He seems as if he liked her, in a more than sense kindda way. Her personality is more suited to his liking, fun type of girl, one 'he could take out' yupples......
What am I feeling........wakarimasen......halfway of.....should be glad if he's happy...halfway.......hurt or disappointed......so selfish of me =).
Found ski trip photos. Apparently college people spent more time in the hot tub than on the slopes. Also they were making movies of their own....ahem....unmentionable areas.........
How torn the soul is to ......walk past them and mention 'So Small!'
Actually got a H2B in LMR exam......the research essay dragged it down...gah, frustrating. And me previously rooting for essay results to be included into exam in order to ensure those who work throughout the year gain the recognition they deserve than those who merely show up for exams. >> how the mighty has fallen....
Oh yes.....switching from philosophy to politics I might....maybe....sorta.....crashing one of their lectures today to see.
The rest of the girls did amazingly well, with bright H1s scattered across....gah how frustrating...me just happy I PASSED. Can you believe.......the girl who used to worry about getting a B.........TT......
Bah.......*turkish curses ensues*
But it's not looking so bad =).
